DWN Chocolate is a delectable, delightful adventure in chocolate. As Simcoe County's only chocolate maker, DWN incorporates the fundamentals of bean-to-bar chocolate making with the whimsical colour and flavour combinations of fine chocolate bonbons. DWN provides a unique chocolate experience with flavours outside of the typical dark- and milk-chocolate foundations. With a focus on using natural and local ingredients, DWN combines flavours that are fun, comforting, and familiar. The chocolate that we make is turned into chocolate bars or it is used to cover centres in chocolate (eg. nuts, malt balls, candied fruit). Our menu has a full complement of dairy-free and gluten-free options.
