Artisan Profile

Rob & Jesse grew up in their Pa's (Reiner's) workshop watching and learning. Reiner designed and manufactured anything pertaining to leather: coats, jackets, vests, pants, purses, belts and keychains are some of the items for which he was known.
In the late 1970's Reiner created his first small ottoman in the shape of a pig - an animal close to Reiners heart. Anyone who remembers Reiner, remembers his pot-bellied pig, Wilber. Anywhere Reiner went, Wilber was sure to follow.
Reiner worked diligently teaching Rob & Jesse all aspects of his trade, until he passed away in the year 2000 at the young age of 61.
At that time Rob & Jesse - who had been involved in the business since the time they could crawl - set out to continue their fathers legacy.
Through their hard work and passion for what their Pa had started, they have a line of leather ottomans, which not only include the infamous pig, but hippos, rhinos, elephants, bulldogs, moose, bears and cows.
We are proud of the quality that goes into each and every ottoman - individually designed, cut, sewn and stuffed. We think Reiner would also be proud.
