Meet me at L-51
I began my creative life at the Hong Kong Polytechnic, where graphic design opened the first doorway into a world of images and ideas. Watercolor found me through Master Maytin Kan, whose quiet precision shaped my early hand, while the visionary Kuo-sung Liu drew me into the bold, modern spirit of Chinese ink.

Clay entered my life next—soft, grounding, and patient—under the guidance of Ms. Yee-fun Mak at the Hong Kong Fringe Club. Each medium became a different way of listening, a different way of seeing.

After immigrating to Canada, my practice unfolded in new directions. In Richmond Hill, I built a studio that became both a sanctuary and a laboratory for exploration. For years, I also served as a guest art curator for the Alexander Mackenzie High School art program, sharing the joy of discovery with young artists finding their own voices.

Today, my work continues to weave tradition with innovation, honoring the past while reaching toward what has not yet been imagined. Through teaching and mentoring, I hope to kindle that spark in others, even as I keep refining the visual language that has carried me across continents and disciplines.

White blossoms circled me like a quiet embrace, drifting down as if the trail itself were falling in love with my presence. Each petal brushed the air with a soft promise, and for a moment the world felt hushed, intimate, and entirely mine.

Calm & Vatality
A forest of almond trees feels both still and quietly alive, their pale blossoms softening the air while a gentle pulse of new growth moves beneath the calm. Light drifts through the branches like a slow breath, and the whole grove seems to hold serenity and vitality in the same moment.
