Being a seafood specialist doesn't come by chance for Marnie Lynn. Being of french Acadian descent and having an Aunt titled as the Lobster Queen of Canada, you can surly gather that seafood and all it's glory has been in the family for generations. Marnie Lynn and her husband Mark took a different approach to serving customers perfectly prepared seafood than most though. In 2000 they started a catering company that specialized in fresh seafood with customized menus and have since done events of all sizes, all formalities and all over the Golden Horseshoe. Since then, they began developing they're own seafood creations to serve their guests. A huge hit with all their seafood customers, it was when someone suggested that they take their products to the masses that they began participation at the One of a Kind Show with two of some of their most popular selections, the Lobster and Crab Mousse. Since participating in the show they now focus on larger trade shows and their on-line sales.
