Carmen Popescu is the founder and fashion designer of NEMRAC. Her appreciation with clean, structural lines and fascination for architecture have become an intrinsic part of her designs. After graduating with a degree in Fashion Design and subsequently with a BA Carmen was awarded the highly honour of interning for internationally renowned designer Jean-Paul Knott -an experience that confirmed her passion for the craft. Today, Carmen creates pieces advocating quality, authenticity, local sustainability and proximity to the craftsman. Nemrac is all about timeless and comfortable pieces that allow women to wear the collections over time and feel beautiful. The idea of comfort is essential and is found through the cut and quality of every piece.
