Iris BackAyard Sauces is a family owned and operated company that produces and sells gourmet Caribbean Sauces, Chutneys, Dry Rubs, Hot Sauces and Caribbean Fruit Cakes. All of our products are made in Ontario from natural ingredients that are free from artificial preservatives, additives and colourings. These recipes were created in Iris’s kitchen in Jamaica and then refined by her daughter, Jacqui, over the years in England and then Canada resulting in the high quality, gourmet flavours that thousands enjoy today.
