Aunt Beth’s is a whisky cookie company founded in 2020 by Beth Havers, a longtime whisky pro who figured cookies were just missing one thing—whisky! After spending 20+ years in the spirits industry (including a decade as Glenfiddich’s Canadian Brand Ambassador), Beth traded tasting rooms for cookie trays, infusing her favorite drams into soft, chewy, flavor-packed treats. Think whisky meets comfort food, with a little sass and a lot of butter. The cookies are the star, but Beth will tell you it’s her incredible team that makes the magic happen—they keep the ovens hot and the chaos mostly contained. In 2022, Beth was in a car accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. Recovery has been ongoing, but baking became a lifeline—something grounding, creative, and sweet in every sense. Aunt Beth’s became more than a business; it became a way back to herself. While she’s mostly behind the scenes these days, Beth still develops all the cookie recipes—often with a perfect whisky pairing in mind. With a mixing bowl in one hand and a dram in the other, she and her team are making the world a little more delicious, one spirited cookie at a time.
