Artisan Profile

We are a husband and wife team with 2 very different backgrounds.
Carlos Flores was born in Mexico City (a vibrant city with plenty of heritage, culture & land of all things spicy where even their mild is Hot!)
Raised in Northern California from a very young age he travelled from North to south of the state, experiencing the many cuisines and flavours typically Mexican, Tex-Mex, Asian & American Diners with plenty of hot sauce available.

Sandra Flores was born in Portugal & immigrated to Toronto, Canada where there was no spice anywhere in sight in her household. So when the two met and eventually married in 2001 there were rules applied to how spicy Carlos was allowed to cook with. 0 spice for Sandra-thanks!
