Hello, I'm Sandra Silberman, the potter behind Dotti Potts.

I fell in love with clay in 1993 after taking a community pottery class, and I’ve been hooked ever since. What began as a creative experiment quickly grew into a lifelong passion — and the start of Dotti Potts, which I first launched in Toronto’s west end in the ’90s. I now create from my studio in Barrie, Ontario, where I continue to explore the endless possibilities of clay.

My porcelain pieces are designed to enrich everyday moments, eating, drinking, relaxing, and connecting with beauty, texture, and a touch of whimsy. After more than 30 years, the transformation of clay through fire still feels magical, and I’m so grateful to make a living doing what I love.
