My work focuses on functional ceramic pieces, such as planters and mugs, with a bit of playfulness added into it. I explore the idea of adding playable/removable pieces to pots and planters so that not only are they decorative, but also fun to play with. I also aim to express diverse cultures by incorporating food and clothing from different countries, with characters inspired by animals who are personified through simple expressions and postures to make them more relatable to us.
