Flavours
Fume-eh is a passion project born from the love of food and the joy of sharing unforgettable flavours. Founded by a married couple of Chefs, we discovered the incredible taste of smoked olives while dining out, and our culinary inspiration ignited from there. With a commitment to quality and an adventurous spirit, we decided to bring these incredible flavours to everyone.
We specialize in hardwood smoking our olives and artichokes in small batches, ensuring each product is infused with rich, smoky goodness. Our line now includes three distinct tapenades, showcasing the perfect balance of flavours designed to elevate any dish.

Smoked Artichoke Tapenade
On it's own or added to a warm potato salad, cheesy melty dip or frittata this will add just the right amount of smoke from the artichokes and freshness from the lemon.
Materials: Smoked Artichokes, Lemon, Capers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and Parsley
