Drawing from a distinguished 30+ year career in engineering, Jamie masterfully bridges technical precision with unbridled artistic passion. In late 2004, he made the life-changing decision to pursue his calling as a full-time artist, driven by the question, "If not now, when?"

His signature style, Emotive Realism, invites viewers into a world alive with energy and emotion. Jamie’s work captures the essence of the outdoors, using oils and acrylics on diverse surfaces like traditional canvas, live-edge woods, and the luminous brilliance of aluminum. His art is characterized by dynamic textures, strong shadows, and powerful brushstrokes that make every piece immersive and unforgettable.

Whether it’s the golden light of a sunset, the deep stillness of a forest, or the wild energy of a windswept shore, Jamie’s landscapes resonate deeply, pulling viewers into the heart of nature’s beauty. His work isn’t just seen—it’s felt. Through his art, Jamie invites you to step into a moment, to feel alive, and to embark on a journey where nature’s energy becomes your own.
