Cathy's Kombucha is a family-owned and operated kombucha brewery located in Hamilton, Ontario specializing in the traditional small-batch brewing methods of fermenting loose leaf teas, while using all natural ingredients. Beginning as a passion project to aid in the health of her ailing father, Cathy developed a superior blend that tastes great and maintains the many purported health benefits of kombucha.
